Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Warehouse Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

Warehouse Time: 1-2 business days (not including weekends or holidays)
Your order is sent to the warehouse to be picked and packed. The time this takes depends on the Stock Availability in the Item Description:

• Usually ships in 1 to 2 business days

• Usually Ships in 3 to 5 business days
• Usually Ships ground in 3 to 7 business days
  This product requires Special Handling due to weight and size. You will be contacted by a delivery company to arrange a delivery time. This is only basic home delivery to a bottom-floor location, not including setup and plug-in. Adult signature required.

  This product has not yet been released from the publisher, studio, or manufacturer, but we are taking preorders. We will ship you your order as soon as it is available.

  This product is unavailable from the manufacturer. We are not accepting orders. Please check our web site for future availability.

Shipment Time:
The time the shipping company takes to drive your product to you. Ground shipping is the default. If you want free shipping, de-select Ground. Budget shippers do not always display tracking.

*If you select Two Day or Next Day, your order might not arrive for five days.
Remember to add in time for Processing Time + Warehouse Time (see above).

If you purchased a wireless phone and service plan, there may be a delay in shipping your phone due to the activation process, which varies by wireless service provider.

We may ship each product separately from different warehouses. If you receive fewer products than you ordered, others might arrive later separately.

We cannot select which shipping company will deliver your product.

In most cases your order will ship out within 1 to 2 business days of when it was placed. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery time is in addition to order processing time.

• If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.
• Please note our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
• Standard shipping for Books, Games, DVDs, and Videos is US Postal Service Priority, unless the total weight is 3 lbs or greater in which case they will ship via UPS.
• If the weight of your DVD(s) is less than 13 oz. and you select Standard Shipping, the DVD item (s) will ship US Postal Service First Class Mail.
• Tracking information provided when available.
• BuyNow.com ships within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii only. At this time we are unable to process International shipments and orders going to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

Please note that we currently do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Why don't you ship to APO/FPO mailboxes?

There are certain restrictions on exporting certain kinds of technology outside of the United States. These restrictions complicate or prevent our suppliers from shipping products to APO/FPO mailboxes. We are working on finding ways to solve this fulfillment inconvenience and in the meantime we apologize and hope you understand.
