4Loose Newsprint sheetsOct 28, 2009

Hi,
I purchased this because i wasn't going to pay exorbitant prices art companies like Strathmore or Canson charge for newsprint pads.
I hoped the sheets would come glued at least on one edge but they were completely loose. Which is not a big deal anyway. The paper is smooth. They will put it in a box, not lying flat like you see it in the picture here, but kind of folded, and the first page or two get a little wrinkled or crumpled. However, if you're using these for practice sketches anyway, why do you care?

I think I would buy this again.

If you want packing material for moving or cheap coloring/art paper, I would say this is a good buy (versus $8.80 for 140 sheets through Uhaul). The Uhaul sheets are a couple more inches wide, but it isn't significant enough to make a difference. However, the title could be misleading for some. The price is for one ream (500 sheets), not a case.
