I am absolutely thrilled with this Universal dry-erase board. It has now been almost 2 months since mine arrived. I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to be as fair as possible. I was a little skeptical making this purchase due to the horror stories in the form of reviews. Finally I decided if it is broken or not what I was hoping for I would just return it. Because for the price there is nothing even close to comparable in size and quality. To my surprise it arrived fast (I believe 2 days) and there was no damage to the box or the product itself. Once I opened the box I was shocked at how minimal but efficient the padding inside was. I had read a few reviews that really got down on them for their packaging but I found it to be eco-responsible and enough to secure the product from damage. Within 10 minutes I had it hanging and ready for some mind mapping. It was that easy to hang in my home office. I use the board all day every day for school and personal brainstorming. I have not had any problems erasing, no ghost marks, I am really happy. I hope if you purchase this product you have the same awesome experience I have had. If not, well, return it, after all that is why shopping on Amazon is proving to be the most shopped retail spot in history.

First off, let's realize that not everyone leaves feedback...
But when something goes wrong, you can bet your house they'll come back and tell us, as they should!

Due to the size of this item, it seems it's subject to a lot of freight company subcontracting when it comes to deliveries. Much of this feedback also goes back quite a ways... And of all the negative feedback, it's probably spread across 20 different freight companies, etc....

In my case, my board arrived almost instantaneously, and in flawless condition. It was packaged adequately, the way I would expect an item of its dimensions and weight (and price) to be packaged... Very basic, but perfectly sufficient as long as it is not rather recklessly mishandled.

The board is 100% perfect for my needs. At 3x4', it is nearly as wide, and significantly taller than the screen of a 60" HDTV... VERY cool for the price! Amazing, actually. It's huge, looks great, has an attached tray, and a clean-looking metal frame. The only drawback I can even think of so far is that it is not magnetic, and I couldn't care less about that! I need a dry-erase board, not a magnet holder.

I thought "Surely this thing will be garbage!", but it's not. It's been great to have... And it's large enough to handle some serious jobs, and typically handle mapping-out multiple tasks/list at once. Its usefulness is dramatically better than a smaller board's. In the altered words of Ferris Bueler, "It is so choice... If you have the SPACE, I highly recommend it."

With any whiteboard, it's a no-brainer that you can do anything that will dent or puncture them. There are various levels of quality out there, but I didn't buy it as a punching bag... Once delivered to me successfully, it fits my needs perfectly, and is SHOCKINGLY NICE for the price here! I could've spent $200 without any real benefit. I could even kill this board multiple times, in whatever way, repurchasing it every time, and be ahead of buying other boards this size.

I picked up the "Board Dudes" markers and 3M erasers, and both have been great.
I haven't tried my spray cleaner yet, because I haven't needed it with this board/marker combo! ;)

So go for it!

If they fail, hold Amazon accountable... they should get you sorted out, or it shouldn't be here!
You can't beat the deal, and you'll wonder how you got it, and brought to your door for that matter, for the price. You probably couldn't even get the thing in your car if you purchased it locally!
I really can't stress enough the value of the additional space you're getting compared to smaller boards.

Nice board! Arrived in perfect shape! Maybe the company had figured out how to ship them without damage, or maybe I just got lucky. Arrived in a box with about half an inch of space on either side. The corners are protected by triangles of cardboard, with thin strips of styrofoam on all sides.

When I ordered this product I failed to read the other reviews before hand and was unaware of the bad ratings. Those ratings and reviews ended up being true to their word and worse. They shipped it on the first day I could have been able to expect my order to arrive at my door. It only got worse as they extended the expected delivery day from when it once was. Upon receiving my product, my board had a crack running down the board horizontally. Being owner of a different white board i took note that the material on this one was MADE OF CHEAP MATERIAL. Another setback on this board is that it is not magnetic. This board and COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED at all cost. I immediately shipped it back for a return, a hassle you can save.

The lousy shipping was expected, I got the board with a little bit of a bend in the middle. It's not that noticeable when the white board is on the wall, but it is there, and it made putting the whiteboard up a little bit harder. Otherwise this is a great price for this size of a whiteboard and it wonderful, I love it.
