I have been using the purple version of this notebook with the orchid paper for years as my personal journal. I clip a pen in the wire-binding and I am good to go. It is time for a color change and the price on this cover color made up my mind for me about which color to choose. The size is perfect for dream journaling at bedside or carrying in a suitcase with a book or two, and every location between. An affordable, high-quality journal for dedicated enthusiasts

This is a quality notebook. Good paper and strong cover and back. Would have prefered the Graphite but for some reason the white is much cheaper.

I take notes both on the go (during business travel) and at my desk, and this notebook is perfect for both places. It's not too big (fits easily on desk and in computer bag), not too small, folds flat, and easily holds a pen in the wire ring/binder for safe keeping and easy access.
