This three ring paper punch is a real piece of crap. It is difficult to use and does not work well at that. This is a real piece of garbage made in China from a flawed design. Save your money and buy some other brand. Swingline, shame on you for tarnishing your previously good brand name with this piece of junk.

I purchased this item in June and it felt pretty well made and well finished. I had not even punched 2 files worth of sheets and the metal punch inside got bent and its totaled now. Wonder how a 4mm steel could be bent by punching sheets and I was careful not to punch more that 10 sheets every time. Would not recommend this one, so the one star.
