Amazing! I heated a can of soup at 7:30 in the morning to take it to work for lunch, and it burned my tongue when it ate it at 12:00 noon. I haven't tried anything cold in it yet, but I'm looking forward to playing around with different things, cold or hot.

I love this! I couldn't bear to look at another cold cut or pb and j sandwich for lunch...I was at a loss until a friend told me to try using a thermos. I tried a different brand because it was cheaper...and you really do get what you pay for. I took it back and bought this thermos...My lunch was the perfect temp, even after 5hrs! This product is awesome!

This morning I put some hot water in my Thermos for about 10-mins to pre-heat it. When done pre-heating I poured in some potato soup around 8:30 AM. Now, at 12:30 PM I'm enjoying my still piping hot Potato Soup. Awesome! No dorking around and jockeying for position at the company microwave. No waiting for my food to heat up. Ready to eat :)

Of course I knew this was going to keep my husband's food until he was ready to eat it...I did not expect it to keep it soooooooo hot! It looked sort of small when we got it, but it held enough and it keeps him satisfied.
I am glad we got it...and I am getting one for myself to take to work as well.

When you need to warm up after a surf/swim/splash in the cold No. Cal waters you'll want this food jar. It works like a charm. Your soup will be hot and taste like it was only just made / heated when you get around to it hours later. It's spacious enough for chunky stew or even non-soupy items (though it may not work as well for those - don't know yet.)

There's a folding spoon in the cap and the top of the cap can be used as a bowl for the food. I recommend pre-warming the inside with hot water as thermos describes to get the most time out of it if that's a concern. It's large enough to slake a big post-activity appetite but small enough that I don't worry about it going into my day pack or saddlebags. I was not disappointed by this purchase.
