I ordered 3 of these trays because they were the first (and cheapest) ones that I found on Amazon that advertised a width greater than 14". The documents I work with are 14" on the longest side, so I required a tray at least 14" wide, and this product seemed perfect. Upon receiving my order, I unpackaged them, stacked them up on my desk, and grabbed a few docs to put in them. To my surprise...nothing fit. I pulled out the measuring tape and low-and-behold these trays only measure 13 1/8" in width, more than 1" shorter than advertised. That was the internal width, even the external width (included tray walls and branching legs) was only 14".

After looking at the product information sheet that came attached to each tray (the colored piece of paper with photo of the product, company logo, and barcode), it stated that the item was 14 3/8" wide. So it seems that I was not shipped an incorrect item by the seller, but that the manufacturer is actually falsely advertising this item.

I am currently contacting the seller to return the item. Will update my review if a solution is found.

Fine tray, make sure you order 2! or it will come as just 1/2 of what the picture shows.

Fairly stable, it fits the bill for standard office use and looks good.

I had been looking for wire letter trays and these are great. Toss out those ugly plastic trays that sag and go with these!!!!
