It's double sided tape.. permanent. Dont mess up like me and buy removable at the store. It works great. I would prefer it be wider but it does the job.

Scotch brand permanent double-sided tape is something I can't live without, for an endless array of arts and crafts projects. The stuff really sticks, and stays stuck. When making cut-out designs for greeting cards, where I just want a very small piece of tape to do the job, Scotch does it perfectly. Where glue can be tricky, I use the double sided tape.

I also use it when matting and framing prints. And these I want to stay stuck together for a very long time. Glue would be out of the question because of the moisture on the print would stretch the paper. I use a long strip of tape along the upper edge of the print on a foam core board, and then also along the 4 sides of the mat. Quick and easy, and the matting is done!

I don't do scrap booking, but can't imagine trying it without this tape. If you're going to do it, do it right...don't settle for putting your work together with the cheaper dollar store variety. This is the one!

This double sided tape is perfect for LIGHT JOBS in which you need a double stick. It is for the back of photos or papers you want stuck without the adverse affects of glue on your work. It will hold up a paper poster but I wouldn't try poster board. Mostly it is great for scrapbooking or in my case pre laminating adhesive of your wifes Kindergartner's work!

This tape does not come with one side protected by peel-able sheet. You have to peel off more than expected length of the tape to get to the actual tape, but once you are there, it is double sided tape. Without the peel off sheet, it would be harder to press the tape to the desired location, but I suppose pressing can be done after materials are attached.
The tape will pull off from a paper without taking some of the paper with it. I used regular Staple's copy paper.
After the purchase, I think this is not a good deal as a general purpose 2 sided tape. It is light duty adhesive and inconvenient to use.
