THE BEST for writing 12 hours straightSep 24, 2006

As all of my books are first written in long hand, I've tried countless pens looking for the perfect one that will actually help me with super smooth fast writing, and supreme comfort. This is the best pen, and my absolute favorite one for writing.

The key is the grip. I write for many hours non-stop, and the grip on this one has produced far less pain in my hand. The flow of the gel ink is excellent. I have to write very quickly, and this gel ink makes that not only possible, but a lot easier.

I have to stock up on this one, and while I don't like to spend a lot of money on a pen, with this one it's an exception. It takes the stress off of my hand, and for that it's worth the price.

Also, the ink seems to last forever. I'd suggest this pen for anyone who does a lot of writing!

Pros
+ G2 refill compatible
+ grip is extremely comfortable and the wide grip means ease of tiredness on wrist and fingers when writing for extended periods of time
+ cheap in price
+ gel means it flows very well with little effort and the ink is dark

Cons
- Personal perference, but I wish these pens were a bit more on the heavy side, I like to have heavier pens as it reduces the amount of effort to push on the page to get the ink to flow.

I discovered my champagne mauve Dr. Grip Ltd about five years ago and use nothing else. I FINALLY had to replace my standby because of grip wear and WOW! I placed the order Saturday and the pens (in every color) were in my mailbox on Monday.

This is by far the best pen I've ever used. The grip is very comfortable and the gel ink writes smoothly. My job requires me to write all day everyday and ball point pens are uncomfortable due to the amount of pressure I have to apply. This pen completely bypasses this problem and also allows for different grip positions. I do write small and prefer blue, thus replace with the extra fine point.

Refillable, perfect grip, excellent ink flow, and handsome instrument. A fine pen.

To get straight to the point, this pen is at least as comfortable to wield as any pen I've used, and writes with the smoothest glide I've experienced. This smooth glide will last from the first time you use the pen until the pen is literally out of ink. Buy a replacement refill and you pen is just as good as new and picks up "write" where you left off. (sorry, shameless pun)

If life's typically insignificant pleasures are something that gets your spirits up, give this pen a try.

Had several of these pens, and they all had the same problem. The ink just wouldn't get down on paper no matter how I held the pen. It would work normally for a couple of sentences, and then would start only delivering the ink intermittently.
Would not buy again
