The folders I received did not have the Infopocket as described. Seemed okay otherwise, but I returned them because I want the Infopocket type.

check the boxes... you may not have a 25 count or the tabs may be missingFeb 19, 2009

I ordered one box of the orange, one box of the red, and one box of the bright green. Just received the boxes today, when I opened the shipping box, the product was worn out looking (like it's been in their supply cabinet for their use) also the sides were split where the glue holds the boxes together. Since the boxes looked so worn out I decided to count the bright green since that box was the most damaged. I'm glad I did. To my surprise 24! This is clearly marked 25...hmmm so I counted several more times just to make sure and 24. Went to the red one... 25 but no tabs and inserts which are supposed to be included... Looked at the orange... had the tabs just like the bright green but only 24... counted it several times 24... Called right away.. I just wanted to get 2008 filed away now I must wait for amazon to mail me replacements (which I hope the count is 25 and includes tabs in each one) and mail these back to them.. I hope they provide me postage because they do weight a bit. This is not worth it since the vendor is amazon.com you get reduced shipping but a little light in the count...I ordered some file folders from the pendaflex company and they got the count right! Why can't amazon!!!! I'll keep you posted on the out come of the replacements and returning of the boxes that did not contain everything!

Thanks to a prior review, I knew that there was a good chance that these folders would not have infopockets even though they were advertised as having them. I didn't want infopockets so these are perfect.
