Pandigital USB device not recognizedDec 21, 2010

I seriously doubt this was refurbished. Nice looking frame, but my unit does not connect directly to internal memory via USB properly (shows unrecognized device) Google "Pandigital USB device not recognized" and you will find many like this one. Also the SD card does not read. The only way I could get it to work was with a CD card. The unit is going back.

I purchased a Pandigital refub picture frame and I could not be more pleased. Its just like new, it came in a brand new retail box.I am very impressed with the quality Pandigital's refurbished frame.

The picture quality was just about alright, but I did have to return it because it would not detect a memory card.

I am very glad I purchased two refurbished models for my Grandmothers. I saved money, and they look new. The scheduler lets you control on and off times, so they do not have to worry about touching the "contraption." One thing to note, one model had a silver frame, the other was black. It worked out fine for me, but good to know.

Don't buy Refurbished items!Jan 22, 2011

This product is advertised as "new."
When I received this product, 2 screws at the back of the picture frame were missing.
After many emails, Factory Depot said they would send replacements. They mailed them
in a regular letter envelope which was torn to shreds in the mailing, screws lost.
Company then said they could not replace them and to contact Pandigital. Pandigital
would have nothing to do with this problem since it was a refurbished product.
Factory Depot implies that if a product is faulty, the manufactor will stand by it.
Not true!!!! Also, if the product is returned, return shippng is not covered.
