Its no different then the cheaper tracing paper we purchased. We were told there was a 4 week wait so we purchased from another online company for half the price with shipping. When I tried to cancel that night they claimed it was already going out for shipping. When we compared the two we could find not one difference. Bottom line, its good tracing paper but could be had for much less.

I recently orderd this item, tracing paper from Pacon Corporation,
through Amazon....and even more recently, (2 days ago) received it. I
need tracing paper for drawing practice....and this is perfect! Although listed as "semi-transparent", it is more "transparent" than "semi", and has a nice consistency (20 lb bond), that stays very flat. To picture it in your mind, think of the tissue paper which once wrapped boxed women's nylon stockings....only more substancial, and slightly more transparent.

Buying 500 pieces of paper at a time is a true bargain. Although I don't need any more right now, I might in the future.....and so I hereby beg the manufacturers to keep manufacturing it, so that more than 2 packages will appear in the near future!

Excellent for tracing! Even with fountain pen, there is no ink feathering. Perfect for pictures and caligraphy and other needs!

what can I say? just some good old fashion tracing paper for arts that works. can't go wrong with this unless you really try to do something wrong with it.

Well it's tracing paper. I don't know that it's exceptionally high or low quality tracing paper, but my kids love this stuff and go through it quickly. It's a great gift for those into art.
