The speaker wire was as described. I liked how the insulation on each wire was a different color. It made it very easy to keep the positives and negatives the same to each speaker. The wire is very pliable and easy to run.

It is a good thing to use marine grade wire for any outdoor application. I had a normal stereo and the wire and unit corroded, and it was just a lake boat, stored in doors mostly. The items bought here, it all has worked great, the wire is durable and inexpensize and sounds great.

This wire is not properly tinned for marine use. The listing is false advertising; it is not marine grade. Its regular wire for general purpose.

This wire is the right gauge and is easy to cut to the length you need. You can cut the outer insulation with a hand cutter to attach it to the speaker and CD player
