The unit works great, no problems. Except they didn't ship me what I ordered, what I received was the same weather station in silver not JOHN DEERE GREEN as the names says.I could of purcsased silver one any where.I did not contact Amazon about the problem. One company selling one company shipping.

We received one of the Oregon Scientific weatherstations as a gift. It is something we need as we have outdoor animals in a barn about 200 feet from the house. The product description reflects up to a 300 foot transmission range with the remote, but unfortunately, the package claims only a 100 foot range. We have tried to contact Oregon Scientific, but have not yet received a reply. It is something we could use - but the 300 foot range is necessary.

This instrument has some great features. easy to read display and it seems quite accurate on the temperature readings. However, we can't get the barameter to work, need to work on it alittle more, but I high doubt that it is going to work. Love having the exact time, I do like the fact that it has the atomic clock feature as it is nice to have the correct time to set other clocks by. Okay but do wish the barometer would work.

Got this for my dad last year at Christmas. Shipping was kinda slow & it needs new batteries every couple months but my dad really likes it & uses it everyday.

I love this product. I also had an old sensor from a similar product from radio shack. It also works with this one. The memory function is a great add. Only problem I have over the old one is you any have one display of T/H so you have to push a button to see the temp inside or outside. That is the reason for 4 stars vice 5.

But over all is a must buy.
