zipper broke on both books ordered within 2 monthsMar 09, 2011

Our company has purchased many of these books in the past from MMF. The last two books I ordered in January 2011, the zippers have broken and I am not able to return them! DO NOT BUY - IT WILL BREAK.

Should have listened to other reviewers. This case is cheap and horribly made. It easily opens but closing it is almost impossible. The zipper broke on my third time trying to open it. Very cheaply made. Not a good product. Company should be ashamed for peddling such crap.

After much searching for a more organized solution to carrying my many key rings, I found this product. It fits my needs very well without being to bulky. My only complaint is that when fully opened the zipper is a bit difficult to close.

I am a landlord to a 5/6 small commercial units & found it difficult to manage the keys.
This case makes it much easier to manage & identify keys. I have on occassions had other landlords showing me property that they owned & it amazed me the amount of keys & the time spent trying to find the right key. This case is simple & ideal for these situations where you need to take keys ourside the office / home.
It was difficult to find a suitable product on the market & they appear to be on the rather expensive side.
The Delivery cost from USA to Ireland was very expensive - granted delivery was was much quicker than I expected or was required. Perhaps it could have been delivered cheaper if it came via amazon.co.uk if speedy delivery was not a requirement. I couldn't find the product on amazon.co.uk or any other European site.

I ordered this product, which did not come as described. It did not include important pieces (like the key tags). When I attempted to return the item, I sent 4 e-mails the provided address requesting the return information. I did not receive a single response. I finally had to return it by just sending it back to the address it came from. I am still waiting for information from the company on how to get my money back.
