Good overall, but needs some doctoring.May 04, 2010

This is a great sheath for any of the Leatherman Juice series multi-tools. The only drawback is the fact that it clips onto the belt, rather than having a loop for the belt to slide through. This feature makes it easy to slip off and lose your Leatherman.

To fix the problem, simply do what I did: tear off a piece of black duct tape about 12-inches long, and cut it longways in half. Then, taking one of the thin strips of tape, wrap it around the bottom of the sheath, creating a closed loop through which to slide your belt.

With this slight doctoring, I never have to worry about losing my sheath and Leatherman XE6.

This sheath for the Leatherman Juice does exactly what it's meant to do: hold your Leatherman Juice. There's really not all that much to talk about here. It's made of a nice to the touch leather with the exception of the sides of the case which are elastic. The elastic sides provide a perfectly snug fit for the multi-tool that is neither difficult to extract or insert. The top operates with a button snap closure. One of the funky/cool features that really makes this sheath unique is the small opening on the bottom that allows for the Juice to be carried in the plier configuration, rather than the standard closed position. I don't use the pliers as much as the other tools so I just carry it in the closed position. The sheath attaches easily to any belt and holds firmly. No, this sheath probably won't stay attached if you plan on going sky-diving or bunjee jumping with it, but if you're just going to be making your daily rounds, it will serve just fine. If you find that you already carry a lot of stuff in your pockets then I'd get this sheath. To some, having a sheath for such a compact tool may seem a bit redundant, but I have found it to be surprisingly useful. The only con I've yet to encounter is a bit of discomfort or soreness when wearing the sheath for a prolonged period of time (4-6 hours or more).

I love this case, stylish and has a button snap. The clip in the back allows u to take it off or put on your belt without opening up your belt.

This case designed for the Leatherman Juice models is a very simple and functional sheath. I use mine to carry a Leatherman 70208003K Juice S2 Pocket Multi-Tool , Storm Gray and I feel it was a good purchase.

Construction- This is a leather case created by a shaped strip of leather that folds around the tool lengthwise. The sides are created by two generous pieces of elastic that not only make it a bit lighter, but also function well in holding the case snug. This case has a light felt lining, and all the stitching that borders the case is uniform and straight. The snap closure in the front secures nicely, and I prefer it over typical Velcro. The clip in the back is also covered with leather. Overall the construction was done well, and will likely hold up nicely for many years.

Function- The clip holds most securely to belts that are under 1.5 inches, but also grabs pretty well to the waistband of most pants. Even if your belt is wider, it will hold nicely, but not as securely. The tool can be carried two different ways. One is the typical closed position. The second is with the pliers exposed. This second method is made possible by a drainage hole at the bottom of the case, and a contoured flap that fits between the handles in this position. Both methods of carry can be securely snapped.

Conclusion- A well made, well designed case for the Leatherman Juice. Suitable for light duty carry, otherwise a belt loop instead of a clip would be desirable. Slim design and hardly enlarges the size of the tool itself. Allows me to carry it much more, since I can just clip it on my waistband and go.

This belt pouch is well made, low profile, and good looking. It has been comfortable to wear and seems durable for the Leatherman Juice S2. If pocket carry is not your best option, I would recommend this case.
