4this stuff is Krazy!Jun 04, 2010
By cerebalpaulsy
single use krazy glue means "single" use. there's going to be just enough to get done what you need done in each tube. great for first aid emergencies. this is a really nice bit of kit you can break down and put in multiple locations where the need may arise, e.g. tackle box, tool box, range bag, glove box....

i used one to glue my trackball's rubber foot back on. i ended up gluing my finger to the rubber pad and had to cut the pad some to remove my finger. i expected that to happen but i thought i was being careful. i went to the garage and nabbed some emery cloth to remove the rubber glued to my finger. after polishing the rubber off my digit, i returned to find i'd glued my trackball to my computer desk. i just wanted to share that with everyone because it's funny. i knew i should have used 2-part epoxy instead.

35 Stars for the pakaging & 3 Stars for the glue.Apr 02, 2011
By Rich K
I cant count how many tubes and cans of glue I have thrown out over the years due to them getting hard and unusable over time. I generally only use small amounts of glue at a time so over time I have learned to only buy small amounts since I will only be throwing it away anyway. This packaging is a great idea, I wish all the glue companies would do it.

As for the Crazy Glue itself maybe it's me but I have had very little success using it. I have tried using this glue since it first came out with the ad of the guy hanging from a steel beam from his hard hat. Yes it worked for small jobs but there are other glues that could do that also. But for anything serious where pressure or a strain was going to be exerted on the mended part it never has worked for me. That hard hat thing has to be a total farce, would you try it ??? This is the last time I try Krazy Glue for any serious repairs, I'll go for Gorilla Glue or a 2 part glue that has to be mixed together they have worked better for me in the past.

5Good Stuff.Mar 02, 2011
By P. Miller "I'll take two!"
First, there is less glue in a tube than the volume would suggest. As in, a lot of air in addition to glue. This is fine, but as you work on a project, make sure not to ration the glue based on the full size of the tube because you will run out.

Also, keep in mind that the screw on applicator holds a lot of glue. If you need to get the most out that you can, don't use the applicator. Unscrew it and use it straight from the tube. No waste left in the applicator tip that way.

Often superglue projects only require a little dab of glue. This is unfortunate because the tube has enough glue for several tiny projects. I've found that if you use the applicator when you first open it, you can leave it like that and it will harden. Next time you want to use it, unscrew the applicator and get another 1-2 uses out of the same tube by using the applicator as a cap, no longer can it be used as an applicator.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, this is the good stuff. This is the gel consistency that is most often what you want ...not the watery CA that a lot of inexpensive off brand superglues are. This is the only way to glue!

5Brilliant packaging!Aug 08, 2010
By J. Guidry
I used to think all superglue was the same. And, glue-wise, it basically is. But these guys actually managed to raise the bar. There are two great things about this:

1. Tiny single-use dispensers. All superglue is single-use, because no matter how careful you are, the tiny nozzles will always get clogged with super-hard superglue. Other superglue comes in much larger packages where I ended up wasting 97% of the volume; these smaller packages are much more satisfactory as I don't have to waste as much.

2. Plastic carrying box. All superglue comes in small packages which easily get lost, but by putting them together, in a bigger box, it's much harder to lose them.

Great job, Krazy Glue!

4The End of Hard, Dried Up Krazy GlueFeb 17, 2010
By Marty Stahl
There are some jobs for which a cyanoacrylate adhesive (i.e. Krazy Glue) is the easiest and best solution. In the past, when one came up, I would put it aside for a while in case another project would come up that would also need such a glue. The reason? After buying the glue, I would tightly cover it, but the next time I needed it, it would be hard, dried-up, set. So, I would need to buy another tube.

The single use tubes have ample glue for most projects, and then you are done with that tube and more remain for your next need.
