This generic laserjet toner cartridge works just as well as the OEM in our HP Laserjet 1200. The prints are clear and sharp; just as good as from an HP cartridge. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is we don't know if we will get as many pages out of it as an HP. At the price, though, it doesn't really matter.

What is there to say... it's toner. Fits like a glove, works like a charm. Price is right! Waiting to see if it lasts longer than the regular one. Time will tell.

I have an hp LaserJet 1200 and needed a new toner. My last one gave out when I needed to make 17 copies for a presentation. Go figure, it works until you really need it. Anyway, I read the reviews and purchased it. I have been using the toner for a little over a month and have not had any problems. It prints great just like my old hp brand toner. I recommend it to anyone.

Update 10/24/10** the toner just ran out as I need to make copies again; go figure;-). It was great while it lasted. Have to order a new one now. Still recommend it for the price. Just an FYI, some warehouse clubs will let you recycle your cartridge.

I installed this cartridge on 30 MAR 2010, so far it's been 6 months and both quality and durability seem par with HP brand toners. In fact, the cartridge still seems fairly full and FYI, I normally print anywhere between 100-150 pgs per month. The print quality is at least as good as what I used to print with HP brand cartridges. The cartridge was an exact fit for my HP1200 laser printer, so it's basically plug-play. WRT to "fit", be sure you know what you're ordering and don't just trust the Amazon fit calculator (like another reviewer posted), as it's programmed by humans and humans can make mistakes...always double check for fit on other printing supplies ordering webpages to be sure this, or any other cartridge, fits your printing needs.

Also, I have had no "noise" issues with the cartridge, in fact, it's as quiet as any of the 10 or so HP brand toner cartridge I've used before. I would definitely recommend and will buy next time. Hope this helps.
