Wonderful tool and what you can expect with a Gerber purchase. Has a well built feel with operation of locking mechanism. Have owned for a year and have the carabineer clip come off twice but as long as it is found it slips right back into place. Knife and other tools are sturdy and sharp. The best part about this tool is the bottle opener. It will open any foreign or domestic beer bottle with ease. Get one!

Had I written this a week ago, I would've given this tool four or five stars. I carried it for about a month and really liked it.

However, after a decent amount of use, the tools don't stay shut when one of them is open, instead loosely swiveling about 1/4". This is just enough to, for example, cut you while you're using the screwdriver, which is exactly what happened to me. It's now off of my keys.

Build quality is surprising for such a small, inexpensive item. With the exception of the crummy spring clip of course. Blade is decent sized for most small jobs. Both flat heads are strong. The philips is the kind I hate (flat, fake) but it works. File is practically useless being so small. Dont know why they bother to include them in tiny tools. Everything locks open which is nice for a tiny instrument but the lock mechanism is a pain to work.
If you intend to keep this on your keychain I recommend using pliers to yank out the cheap little clip and just attach it by the large crossbar.

I purchased a blue one of these a few months ago to add to my keyring. At first, it seemed to be cheaply made, but after giving it some real abuse, I have been proven wrong. This tool is rock solid. The screwdrivers work well, and haven't chipped or broken off on tough screws like other multitool drivers in the past. The blade is small, but sharp and well designed for maximum usefulness. The lock is strong and I have never had it fail. The color on mine hasn't chipped or scratched despite being thrown around and beat up by my keys.

Very good tool for the occasional task requiring a screwdriver or a blade. Buy one, you won't regret it.

Its on my keychain without being annoying like lots of little knives. Bottle opener works well. sharp little knife. prescision flat head is a plus. The phillps on the nail file is pretty useless.
