Receiver works fine. Hard to believe for the price they would not include one or two replacement foam ear cushions.

It is always nice to get a product that is just exactly what it is as shown. My husband has an older Garmin Rhino and this ear piece works so much better for him than the ear piece with the Press To Talk (PTT) attachment. With this ear piece he can clip his Rhino up on his shoulder and press the button on the Garmin to talk as needed. Simple is good in this case :-)
