Nearly every case broke when I opened it. Black pieces fall off and the cases don't work properly because of it.

These jewel cases are pretty much like others I've tried. What distinguishes them is the very poor packaging. The cases are not firmly packed, so they bounce against one another during shipment. Two of the boxes were broken upon arrival.

i like these cases alot. they do not come open like some cases do. they do what they are suppose to and do it well. i would buy them again. good quality!

Proir to purchasing these cases, I read most of the other reviews left on here about this product, which were mostley negative, but decided to purchase the product anyway. I want to first say that they are decent and I didnt even have one that was broken. It was packed rather loosely so I could understand how some of these cases may have ended up broken for some other buyers but it didnt happen to me. Besides that, I cant really say anything bad about these cases or anything really great, but you deffinatly get 50 thin cases in which both cds/dvds can fit into and also a small booklet or insert if you choose to make one on your own.
