Used as a tree wound sealant.Apr 24, 2012

We have a lot of moisture in Seattle so whenever we prune we have to use sealant to prevent rotting. I bought this because it's so much cheaper than pruning sealant. It works just as well. Poured some in a bowl and just walked around and brushed it on after I finished my pruning.

I've tried many other glues but will never give up on my Elmer's. Although it won't fix everything if you've got an item for a quick fix-it, Elmer's always does the job. Remember to clean up residue from inside the cap to guarantee glue flow; otherwise, it gets clogged.

This is a great tasting paste. You can truly tell the difference between the off-brand pastes and Elmer's. In an economy when manufacturers are making cuts in their products, Elmer's has continued their reputation as a provider of top-quality, great tasting pastes.

I like the Elmer's All Multipurpose White Glue, but the Elmer's Washable No Run School Glue just doesn't do it for me. Sure, it's great that it washes off, but the glue just plain doesn't stick, at least not like the regular stuff. The only time it's good is if it's paper on paper and the project can lay flat to dry. If you need the slightest bit of tack, forget it. Everything will slide right off. That's frustrating for the kids.

Great for large groups of kids, when you can't supervise well and don't want to ruin clothes and carpet. Otherwise, stick with the original.

This glue (Elmer's white WASHABLE school glue) is a great tool for a quilter. It can be used to baste the top and backing to the batting, it can hold appliques in place, it holds binding in place....stitch right through it and it washes out cleanly. No more pin sticks!
