1A waste of moneyApr 21, 2001

This product is awful. At first, it didn't work at all; I called the 800-number listed on the back of the box (right under the "Warranty"). The technician told me that I would have to run the "clean nozzles" feature on my printer about six time. It actually took ten times until I got any ink out. The print quality remains awful--white streaks and extremely fuzzy around the edges. I called them back only to find out that while there is a warranty, all returns or replacements are exclusively handled through their retailers--what a pain! In short, I recommend spending the extra money for an HP cartridge--at least they work!

This is a pretty good cartridge. It lasted for a while and overall, it had good ink and little smears.

I generally buy my ink cartridges in advance of running out on my current cartridge and therefore don't review my purchase immediately. This product has performed well on a daily basis without any problems. I don't have a count on the number of sheets/words/characters I was able to print with the cartridge but believe it was the normal amount to be expected. The price was reasonable and I would purchase this product again whenever a need should occur.

Originally shipped wrong product. Emailed them, and they promptly replied said they will pay for return shipping and ship new one out on them. Got it, was surprised how quickly they took care of it, shipping did take a while, but not to long. They said this is a rare mistake, I believe them and really have no complaints. It's always good when they honor what they sell.
