Stool arrived sooner than they said...THANK YOU. My husband is a big man and the last step stool we bought that said 330 lb fell with him and BROKE. So we needed another one and decided on this one....Wow this is better. Doesn't look as pretty as the first one, but we feel it is sturdier. After having to buy another one in 5 months we were a little hesitant on doing so, but soooo glad we did. The handle is wonderful. It is high enough up so that you can hold onto it really well. If you are looking for a step stool for the home, this is the one.

Overall it's an okay ladder. It's a good size and will tuck away fairly easily. However, as some other people have mentioned the spacing between the 1st and 2nd step is off. Because of this spacing issue the second step hits/rubs your shin as you stand on the first step. Is still very usable, but it would be nice if the mfg had considered this issue in design.

It's a git big wut with three steps, it saves from getting the ladder out quite alot. By the way the Amazon picture is wrong. It shows the two setp model. The three step is much bigger.

We had been looking for just the right step ladder to keep in our broom closet, We needed something very sturdy and a high weight limit. I have very nice dining room furniture and didn't want to keep using the chairs to clean my ceiling fans. I tried Walmart, Kmart, Sears with no luck. This was perfect.
