Never had any electronics damaged when protected by APC products.

Here in South Carolina we have lots of thunderstorms with power surges and brownouts, but never a problem on protected items.

Bought these for my mom to protect new HDTV we bought for her. Came earlier than anticipated and got everything hooked up and works like a charm. Learned about these from a friend who uses them in his shop were he does car installation. He swears by them and told me to try them. I researched these and decided he was right. Will not buy anything but these.

I bought a few of these for work, and they're well made by a trustworthy brand. It makes buying cheap power strips at big box stores seem foolish. The outlet protectors are an added bonus, as they've prevented me from errantly placing paperclips, forks, and bobby pins into them. If only my kitchen was similarly equipped!

This is your run of the mill surge protector. There really isn't much to say negatively about it....it does what it's supposed to do. The plug caps are a nice touch to keep junk, dust, or kids out of the open plugs and the extra spacing on the last plug is good for a "wall wort" transformer. Plus the cost is good for a name brand such as APC.
