Both cartridges had loose toner on the outside of the cartridges when I cut the bags open. I cleaned them up as best as I could before inserting them in the printer, but they continued to leak and got toner everywhere inside the printer. The price is right, but the quality is for the birds. I wouldn't have even used the 2nd one except I'm getting ready to buy a new printer anyway. Every couple of weeks, I open it up and clean it out and it manages to print clean copies for a while more. Never, never, never again will I buy a non-brand toner cartridge. It's just not worth it in the long run.

I found the toners to work very well immediately upon installing them. I cannot say how many copies a got from each toner but it felt as though I went through them fast. I will definitely order the product again, but I will be more conscience of how many copies I get with each toner.

I was skeptical in the beginning but decided to give this a try due to price. Well... I am sure glad I did. There is no difference between the expensive manufacturers cartdidge and this cartridge. With twice the volume of toner than the manufacturers and 1/3 of the price. What a deal! Do your self a favor and buy this toner refill.

I purchased this product several months ago and have printed off several thousand pages by now. I see no difference in printing quality between this cartridge and the Brother cartridge. It may not last as long (time will tell) but, given the price differential, it won't have to.
