My order arrived faster than I expected and the product was nicely packaged. The cartridges are working great so far and the price was so low that I can't imagine why anyone would order ink from Brother manufacturer. I've told friends about this company and I'm sure they are putting in their orders already.

Not only is this a fine product at an incredibly low price, but the seller has been exceptional in the speed with which he communicated with me when I informed him that part of the order had somehow been omitted. He immediately shipped the missing cartridges with his apology for the oversight. Such excellent service with an order costing but a few dollars is truly remarkable.

For someone who goes through printer ink cartridges like I do, this 12 pack of cartridges is an incredible deal! I haven't gone through the entire 12-pack yet, but this is what I've found. Some of the cartridges are low on ink or unable to be read by my printer. I had to throw away one of the blue ones because my printer wouldn't recognize it. Otherwise, if the rest of them are fine, I'll be very happy with this purchase.
